1. What TIO does
TIO is a video-generation tool that accepts audio, style inputs, and optional shotlists, and returns a rendered video by orchestrating remote AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, KIE.ai, PoYo, and others). You use it to create your own videos; we host the pipeline and charge for the compute and third-party API calls it consumes on your behalf.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the audio, images, scripts, and finished videos you create with TIO. We store your project inputs and outputs only to run the pipeline and make the results available to you. We do not train models on your content.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use TIO to generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, violates third-party rights, or targets real people without their consent. Third-party AI providers apply their own content policies; a generation that violates their rules may fail partway through and still consume credits.
4. Payment and credits
TIO uses a prepaid credit model. Credits are consumed as jobs run and are not refundable once spent on a completed generation. Failed jobs either re-credit automatically or are reviewed case-by-case during private beta.
